Welcome to the Cartoon Palace IRC Network Reference Guide! This guide will serve as a reference to the various functions and services we provide on our IRC network, and to help familiarize yourself with the functions and features you have to work with as a user.
This reference guide is a work-in-progress, a lot of information will not yet be here. If there's a particular question you have about our network and/or its services, and it's not yet covered in this reference guide, feel free to ask one of us in the IRC channel, if we're around we'll answer it the best we can.
